Best game yet

I am really looking forward to fine tuning my speed with some good old fashioned one pocket. I used to hate the game, I always wanted to shoot at my hole. This old guy in Palm Bay Florida couldn't run 3 balls at a time but just drilled me at $5 or $10 a game. Now It is my favorite. Go figure:thumbup:
 
One pockito

streaming all depends on the internet strenth at ho-chunk. I do have a nice camera and am set up for it. so we might stream alot of it as long as we are staffed with someone to watch it and make sure it is going properly. I am sure a mention of the one pocket finalists will be on t.v. and maybe a short interview but no matches.
 
Good luck with the tournament and I hope that you're able to stream some of the one pocket event, as I'm sure plenty of us would love to watch it. If you can swing it, please post the stream info here on AZB and also on onepocket.org. Thanks.
 
My favorite event of the weekend

The One Pocket event is the one I'm looking forward to the most. This will surely be the biggest One pocket event of the year (north of Louisvile, KY).

I recommend all those within driving distance to make it to this one. If you have a family attached at the hip, the Wisconsin Dells is 5 miles away from the casino.

he is playing in some golf tournament with a mutual friend in Kentucky. Typically after a pool player makes a score like he just did they usaully want to do anything but grind for more doe. :thumbup:
 
there will be seating but I can't say it will provide for everyone. I don't know how many people will be there. It could turn in to a mass amount of spectators.:thumbup:
 
Can Wisconsin hang in One Pocket?

It will be interesting to see if the non-onep pocket playing state of Wisconsin can hang with the players from out of Staters, especially the much heralded players from Chi-town.

Usually, they just brag how good they are but never leave the Windy City to show off their skillz. ;)

Speaking of bragging, will Freddy the Beard or the One Pocket Ghost be showing up for this one???
 
I am not sure. I was just at Redshoes for there saturday $500 added tournament. I got no conformation if he was coming or not. he was matched up with carter when i left.:thumbup:
 
Speaking of matching up, what will the possibility be of after hour games taking place? Will the room close/be locked up after the tourney matches are over?

After he finds out it's open to players from other states, he may play because now he can. :)
 
Truth?

Is there any truth to the rumor that "The Truth" will be there, or is he still hanging out in SC??
 
I hadn't heard Larry given that nickname until his first appearance on ESPN in some Challenge of Champions ring game. Mitch Laurence must've called him "The Truth" about a dozen times (12 times too many).

If you talk to some pool players in Wisconsin, they'll say his nickname is an oxymoron :eek:
