Not sure what is your experience with Nitti cues regarding to playability guys,but these two Nitti Players are amazigly strong players.Not just they play superb but they play superb and consistent in different weather conditions no matter is it humid or dry.
For my opinion the difference in a cue built by the guy who knows what he is doing and the other one who is't so sure about that is that he is capable of building cues over and over again that play extremely consistent and don't change their characteristics.
