Cliff said Ricky tried to call him this morning but Cliff was still asleep. He left a message for Cliff to call but there was no answer when Cliff tried.

Thanks so much for seeing things the way they were. Ray sat there from 5:00 PM last night until 4:00AM this morning waiting to hear some news and even agreed to hang around today and still trying to make this happen, and the worst part, Ray received no money for gas to drive there, motel room, food and setting up all the cameras and equipment, and letting the stream run wide open for free for the guys that tuned in. Chip, Joey and the other guys from Okl. got shafted also, they came here with their money ready to play and all of the other people that drove there to watch the match. I was disappointed also because I sat there all night waiting for things to happen. I told Ray to keep my $15.00 towards his expenses and I think many others hopefully will do the same. I know Ray, and he will make it up to us by giving the guys that chipped in to help cover some of his expenses, and giving us guys some discounts down the road to other PPV events, because Ray really feels bad about this just as bad as we do, I was looking forward to seeing this match-up. I didn't mean to bash you for your comments ealier, I just wanted to let you know the whole story. In the future, I think there should be money posted for no show to the players when the other player don't show and also money to who ever streams the event because of all of the costs involved with getting there and setting up and his equipment. Dont forget, Ray has to drive all the way back to Texas when he leaves there. I also feel bad for Ray because his daughters Birthday was yesterday and through coming here to stream this event, he missed his daughters Birthday. So, Thanks so much for apologizing to Ray and for understanding the situation......................duker509........who knows, maybe the match might develop later today, I'll be tuning in and looking for it..Thanks again..

I'm sorry how this turned out for you. I hope everyone knows who the big losers are in this episode. You drove all the way there, set up your equipment and left the stream run live from 5PM until 4 AM, for free, I know because I was online watching all the time. Never mind you food and Motel room and not only the gas money to get there, but gas money to drive the whole way back to Texas. Then we have the Oklahoma guys, what more can I say about Chip, Joey, and the Backers and friends that came and waited out the whole time and even agreed to wait another day, the same as us for something that never happened. Then we had all the Railbirds and spectators that came from out of state to sweat the match. One more part of the equation, all of you customers that signed up ahead and paid ahead of time to sweat this great match that was supposed to happen...who is really to blame ? Well for those who don't know, it was the owner of the Cliffs home Pool room who was to back Cliff...Ricky Byrd !..Who would have ever thought that the owner of the room where they were going to play would not show up...and the worst part, never even attempt to make a phone call and let anyone know he wasn't going to show up. My first thought was: maybe he was in an accident because he never called, but the later it got, I was starting to realize this was not the case, I really hope He wasn't in an accident. Then someone said he called Cliff Saturday morning and the word was..hang around, it might happen later in the day. I just wanted everyone knew the whole story, what I was believed to be true, and to put the blame where it belonged, not on BigTruck, not Cliff, not Chip Compton, and not Chips backers. It's sad that something like this had to happen, but maybe it time for posting no-show money for each player and also for who ever streams the event, like for gas money, rooming and food, to make sure he doesn't make the trip for nothing and him being out a great deal of time and money also. I paid my $15.00 ahead of time for the event, and I told Ray to keep my $15.00 toward his expenses, which were probably pretty high, due to the high price of gas, and now has to drive back to Texas. There's one more thing, Rays daughters Birthday was also Friday and he missed that, to bring this match to us. I hope some other people will chip in some donations to help Ray offset some of his losses, and I have faith they will. I appreciate these streams because I used to go to many tournaments a year and play in many of them, but due to my Migraine headaches, I can no longer attend these tournaments, and I try to support these guys that stream these events because I couldn't even get out of Pa. for a cost of a tank of gas these days. I don't only support Ray, there is TAR, Inside Pool, Accu-Stats, Shannon Daulton and the lists go on and on, sorry for the ones I missed. I love the game of Pool so much and I try watch every chance I get and the amount they charge is very reasonable to me, and I'm on a fixed income, but I love the game of Pool, as many of you do also, and I'm thrilled to be able to watch these events I can no longer attend due to health problems.....This is just my Honest opinion on what happened in this situation and I feel that I am pretty close to truth of the matter anyway. So Thanks Ray for trying to putting on this event, thanks to Chip and his firends, Cliff, and thanks also to the pool fans that purchased this event in hope of seeing a great match up. I'm sure there will be many events streamed in the future for us guys to sweat, and hope to see many of my friends and fans of the game in future chat rooms when these happen..I hope all you guys have a safe trip back home or where ever you are returning to....I hope I'm not wrong on any of this information, but if I am, I apologize to anyone I offended..............duker509.............
