2 Mystery unknown cues revisited...help ID if Possible

These cues have been haunting me for years. I really hate having these unidentified cues but can't bring myself to put them on the auction block.

These may look familiar to some of you. It has been a couple years so thought I would try again.

Cue # 1 or as I call it my "WannaBeBushka" Titleist conversion with window butt

I don't have a clue but both are very interesting to look at I'd be tempted to install a new tip on them and shoot a rack or two with them .
The mother of pearl dots on the second cue are a nice touch that I really like .
 
bottom cue looks to be a Rich(New York) cue or an Abe Rich(Florida) cue. i think it's from New York era.
