Little bump . . .

to the top . . .

Nice USA made cues here guys for a fraction of a high end custom.

I recently found out that McDermott's "European nickel silver" and "German silver" aren't silver at all; it's actually aluminum. Seriously. This was straight from McDermott themselves.

I do not understand how they can advertise cues as having "European nickel silver" or "German silver", when there is 0% silver in them.

It doesn't change how the cue hits, of course, but still....

Yeah, I thought it was strange. I found out because I was trying to buy the "silver" rings used in my M2-9A cue from McDermott to build a set of custom joint protectors to match. Doesn't make any sense to me...I mean, it sounds better, sure, but wouldn't that qualify as false advertsing? I'm not knocking the cue, and frankly, I really like my McDermott, but if it says "silver inlays", I'd expect it to be real silver.

Still, good price on the cues.
