Brand new (non-catalog) Ariel Carmeli cue. 6 crisp figured Mexican cocobolo points with 4 veneers (blk, grn, org, wht) into South African Pau Rosa (similar to Tulipwood). Ivory joint (thick collar type), flat-face 3/8-10 pin. Black pressed linen wrap and delrin buttcap. Premium white maple shafts 12.95mm with Ivor-X ferrules and Triangle tips. Weighs 18.81/18.89. 2007 list price is $1400.00. My price is $1215.00. Cue will play similar to but not quite as stiff as standard South West. This is a superb Ariel cue in all respects...especially if you have the skill to appreciate it. The pricing is kind as well!

another pic...
Martin, is the butt sleeve cocobola? I really like the look of this cue also what is the joint style (flat face 3/8x11 or ?)?

Figured Mexican cocobolo in points and buttsleeve. Joint is 1" ivory sleeved, flat-face 3/8-10 pin. I can offer to have AC extend/reduce shaft taper if you find the cue too firm for your liking at no labor charge--sort of like custom fitting a cue. Ariels cues firmness of hit is similar to standard South West. Many people have no idea how good his cues play.
