what is the deal with the raffle...... I heard he was banned from the site and i paid for my spots..... does anybody know

In light of recent revelations that you were selling conterfeit cue cases and attempting to pass them off as tributes in an attempt to decieve your buyers, I would like my two spots removed and my money refunded via paypal.

I am not in a financial position to spend this kind of money on a gamble that the product is genuine or not.

I say it again, Please remove my spots from the raffle and refund my $56 via paypal.

Really sorry guys, I had computer problems and I just saw the message this evening. :o I still don't know where to send the payment. I sent a PM to OP a few minutes ago. I'll check my messages and paypal account again tomorrow morning and will pay immediately when I know where to send the cash. I had #36...don't know anything about the other unpaid numbers.

I can have payment in by 6pm Tuesday....once it shows up on the list.

tasaddicts...How can you possibly say this!!! With everything that is going on right now you have the audacity to try to guarantee authenticity of a product. Next thing you know you are going to try to say that you only guaranteed the authenticity of the pictures, not the cue. or some stupid, feeble attempt at ripping off more members.

Frankly, im surprised that everyone hasn't pulled out of your raffles and that you haven't been banned yet. I posted a long post directly from me to you and you failed to respond to it. The only response was, "sorry if I couldn't respond to everyones posts." You haven't responded to anything. You admited to lying, selling a fake product and attempting to pass it off as authentic, and yet you still have not posted an apology, or admission that it was wrong.

Everyone on these forums know that I am not a confrontational person, however, it is in my nature to stand up for people, for a collection of people with common interests. It has been engrained in me as a person.

You are not a good person, and the overwhelming collection of good natured people on this forums deserve to be protected from people like you. So I will speak out and continue to speak my feelings especially in light that they are ignored by the person they are directed at.

I hope that no one else on here thinks badly of me because of my feelings on this matter. If so, and if you can possibly offer a different outlook on things, Please let me know. I am always open to hear other perspectives and I am available via post or pm.

Carl, I share your frustration, and I know I won't be participating in his future raffles anymore. I've spent a decent amount of cash on his cases and feel disappointed knowing the cases were fake. The evidence against him is overwhelming and like you and many others have said, an apology is the least he needs to do. The only reason I stay in the raffle is I actually really want this cue. If luck strikes, the first thing I'd do when I receive the cue is to contact Black himself for authenticity.
 
To All Involved With This Raffle...

I am digging deeper into this situation but it is looking like the Flowers case may not have been the only counterfeit items that tas was raffling. Should know more in the next day or so. I would wholeheartedly suggest holding off on getting involved in any of these raffles until more info is known.

AzHousePro has gotten involved with this incident and said the previous post in a different thread. I am merely spreading this new information so that if you participate in this raffle, you are informed and warned appropriately.

Please please use careful consideration before you commit to this raffle...remember, you can request he refund your money and forfiet your spots, or you can submit the recant through paypal.

Protect yourselfs, I understand this deal and cue is beautiful but consider the circumstances and save your hard earned $$.

In the wanted and for sale section there is a nother Blsck for sale and a pic of the signature.....Tas post a pic of the signature! If not give me a refund please...
 
I just read some posts from AZhousePro..... Just refund me my money and remove my name from the raffle!
