2009 14.1 World Championships?

The grapevine is saying that DP is still planning on doing the event but haven't secured the money yet. Going to be tough to pull it together in 2 months I think. I really hope it works out.

Thanks for the update / info. Unfortunately, I get the feeling that this is probably not going to come together this year. It's a real shame.

Last we spoke with Charlie during the BCAPL National 8-Ball Championships, he did mention the 14.1 World Championship was a go. I too certainly hope so as the NCS 14.1 National Championship will be sending the top two finishers. If something goes awry though they will receive the cash equivilent to the entry amount that would have been sent on their behalf to worlds.

I ask your support of the NCS 14.1 National Championship...if you would like to host a qualifier or know of a room who would be interested please contact me. The sanction fee is $100 and that goes into the advertising and printing of minimum 2 5'x3' banners and other marketing materials which are mailed to the host room
