OBSA is different than CPA ?

OBSA is the Ontario Billiard and Snooker Association which is affiliated with CBSA which is the Canadian Billiard and Snooker Association. Both are non profit organizations that are run to further cue sports in Ontario and Canada.

CBSA is the governing body of Billiards in Canada. They run the Canadian Championships and decide who goes to World Championships.

CPA is a for profit league that is run by business people in order to make a living.
