The 2014 BCAPL/USAPL Colorado Regional 8-Ball Championships will be held at Greenfields Pool & Sports Bar in Lakewood, CO on the weekend of Nov 14-16, 2014. Participants must be a member of the USA Pool League, BCA Pool League, or purchase a CSI Associate Membership to participate. I'm curious how the players that simply buy in as an associate player will be ranked in the CSI handicap system. I believe CSI classifies the players as Leisure, Open, Advanced, Master and so on. Would a player with no league or CSI tournament record play as an "Open" level player or leisure level player?

Ranking

Often, a unknown player would be ranked as Advanced at a minimum. However, we research each player to try to determine their true ability and how they should be ranked. I hope this helps.
