That looks like it was Ralf vs Min-Wai Chin. I'm not sure I have ever heard of the Taiwanese player but he beats Robles 150-26 in a previous video from that event.
I will look to see if it is on DVD or still on tape.
that's him. few people had heard of him, or even knew taiwan had a straight pool player of that caliber. apparently he had a high run of 400.
