Please excuse my ignorance, but was there a US Open 9 Ball Tournament this year? I'm talking about the same tournament that used to be hosted by Barry Behrman? If so, when and where was it? If not, is someone going to re-establish the tournament?

The US Open changed ownership. As a consequence it is moving from Norfolk to Las Vegas and from October to April. There will be an 18-month gap between the 2017 US Open and the 2019 US Open.
At the same time, Pat Fleming is continuing an Open in Norfolk in October but is it called the US International Open. You can probably find results for the October 2018 tournament somewhere here.
