The BEF (Billiard Education Foundation) has announced that this year's Junior Championships will have open registration due to the many problems of having qualifiers this year. They will be alongside the BCA Expo at the South Point Convention Center in Las Vegas, July 27-31. All entries must be in by June 1st.
