Karen Corr unseeded had to play in Stage 1, lost 1st match had to then win 3 matches on losers side to qualify for final stage . Won 2 matches and in do or die qualification match, her opponent gets to hill first leading 6-3. Karen fights back gets to hill hill

You have a number of high 600 or 700+ Fargo players playing a qualifier, but have 500 Fargo rated players who get a free ride and then ranking points for basically showing up to events and getting points for getting a bye into the second stage?
I would have thought they would want the best players in the main event, not the players with the best attendance record.

Sounds fair to me. If you want to be a part of a group you must actively participate.

FINAL DAY
Not surprisingly 5 out of final 6 are 700+.
Kristina Tkach looked strongest so far.
Allison Fisher playing steady solid pool can snap this off. Lost hill hill winners side to Tkach after her break did not fulfil 3 point rule.
Bean Hung who eliminated Jasmin, Kelly Fisher is dark horse
Rita Chou appear to be running out of gas playing many matches starting from Stage 1. That jump shot hill hill v Pia Filler yesterday to win the match is candidate for shot of event.
Any of these 4 can win whole thing
