Not really fair. I've had bad experiences with Tascarella and jjcue and they are often praised on here. Sometimes you don't know the measure of a company until something unusual happens and there is a stress test. As consumers, we can read ALL the reviews and decide for ourselves whether to proceed. To shout down someone who had a bad experience is not the way to proceed in my opinion--rather it's better to do what other people did: tell about their experience. And, of course, it's informative to hear the other side of the story, which Dinko provided.

Baloney. Shane accused Dinko of being a "thief" -- a very serious accusation anywhere you go, any way you cut it.
Dinko has never struck me as being the felonious sort, I really like his work, and I have strongly considered doing business with him -- probably will do some business with him. So, I truly needed to find out where Shane was coming from, especially since he offered: "I have all emails and PayPal receipts if anyone is interested."

Shane was not shouted down. Shane was CALLED. It was then left to Shane to perform or skulk out like a #(@*$@. We now see Shane for what he is, and in my world, Dinko's reputation remains, as ever, untarnished.

"Not really fair" in this instance is attempting to destroy another's reputation when, from all appearances, that person had done nothing but try to accommodate.

File this one under "no good deed goes unpunished".

Well, i rarely come in to other people's post unless i am giving some compliments for a cue, case or work they do.
Now, i felt obligated to jump in and say that you will not find a nicer, politer, humbler and more helpful guy than Dinko. At the same time he is highly honest and trustworthy. There is no way that he would rip someone off or not do what he supossed to do. It only could happen that you get more than you ordered and paid for. Beside the work he does is fantastic and is getting better and better by every next case. Value for money you get with him is bigger than with anyone else.

I feel sorry for him, for this forum and for this industry as well that people would chime in with this non sense accusations and untruth statements because it affects on all industry and sends the wrong image. There are still great people and Dinko is no doubt one of them.

Cue makers and case makers should require for a deposit which is non refundable because of people like Shane who continiously change their mind in regards to design, steal their time and at the same time are not willing to pay properly. Because of them makers can't focus on their work and instead of spending time in their shop they need to waste their time on unending responds. They all are sick of tire kickers!
Deposits are refundable only in case the maker can't go through and finish the product in agreed or in decent time.
This is how it should work and all reasonable would agree.

♦️♦️PS....If anyone has any doubts or concerns in Dinko and still want a case from him, contact me here or Alka Kraljic on facebook and i will vouch for Dinko and guarantee for him with my money!!! ♦️♦️
