Had the camera rolling yesterday during practice, and this was my best run of the day. Came so close to breaking my high run (36), and then completely dogged a very makeable break shot.
My end pattern in the 2nd rack is absolute proof of why proper position is so vital. My plan was 2-7-11, but I end up with the wrong angle on the 2, and that causes me to hit the 11. I got really lucky that the 11 ended up where it did, and allowed me a chance to get on the 7 as a break ball. Unfortunately, like I said, I just flat out dogged the shot.
I am getting more comfortable and confident at picking apart a rack, and knowing what to look for. I still struggle with my end game though.
