Saw an ad awhile back selling a shaft with this pin... passed. Now, I have seen a Konllen cf shafts at a nice price with this pin.

Any comments or advice is welcome

It "should" be radial. Radial is a trademark of Uniloc so 3/8-8 is the "cotton swab" of q-tips.

Oddly, the only radial pin where I had trouble accepting another company's shaft was a Predator P3. I believe they own Uniloc.

The 3/8x8 ball screw is the Asian version of the Radial joint screw. Threads are close but not the same.
Schmelke was offering them a while back. They also offered the tap.
Then there's Mr. Wes Hunter Cues which I believe uses a 3/8x8 acme.
And in History, standard V pitched screw, there was Mr. Harvey Martin who later switched to a 3/8x10.
