Was up in Denver having Ernie M. do some cue work last week. I asked em if he had access to this pin. It's from the early Earl Strickland White Cuetec. He told me the newer Cuetec's have a different pin and he had none. If anyone has access or a damaged butt with a good pin...I'm interested.

PM me if you can help, thx

If you decide to have one made you should know that the CueTec pin is not 3/8x14.
It is in fact 14 TPI but it's diameter is .360.
You won't like the .015" difference.

Thanks KJ, I'll ck with Fastenal again. Don't think I'll have one made, I'll just keep looking as there is no rush.

Of course, as usual, KJ is correct. About 15 or more years ago I ordered a tap, 3/8-14 to make standard shafts for cuetechs and found what KJ knows. Although the shafts would fit the pin they were a very loose fit. I knew then that a 3/8 size bit was to large.
