3/8x10 retap

if a shaft was tapped for a 3/8x10 vgrove style pin (10m) and wont screw on to a 3/8x10 flat minor style pin (10f), what's the avg cost someone would look at for having the shaft retapped?

It probably does not need to be tapped, but only needs the drilled hole to be enlarged a little. I would charge $20 to do it if you were near by. Others might charge less. It would be a very simple job, but you would need to set the cue up perfect to do a concentric job.
