I'm in New Orleans where we have no good equipment but I'm always looking for a reason to make a Houston run. How many places are there to play there with nice, heated tables?

I've called every room listed by USBA. Sadly... most numbers were disconnected! Some didn't answer... so that too was a little discouraging. I have only found one room in Houston with heated billiard tables... and that is US Billiards at 3010 Gears Rd. The good news is that the three Gabriels tables there are fantastic to play on. The cloth was just recently re-done with Simonis 300 on all three for the USBA Regional Tournament held there last month. They are open every day from 1PM - 10PM.

If you decide to come to Houston shoot me a PM and I will meet up with you to play. (Offer stands for any members here...)

Anyone else know of any other rooms with heated tables (or for that many ANY 3-cushion tables) in Houston?
 
New to Houston

Hi all,
I recently relocated from Queens NY to Houston TX, I am an avid 3-cushion player who is looking for a good clean place to play and to meet new contenders... Would love any suggestions..

Houston has more than 40 ten feet heated billiard tables in about ten different rooms around the city... Some of the larger, more popular places include US Billiards on Bellaire (eight Verhoeven tables) Paris Bida also on Bellaire (eight Gabriels tables) and Trish Bida on Beechnut (seven Gabriels tables). I play two or three times a week. If you'd like to get together send me a PM with your phone number and I'll give you a call.

Anyone else?

I play at us billiards(veterans location) 3 times a week

playing against others, no matter how badly, I see more shots somehow than when I just practice
