If you have a really good run out capability you would try to run out 95 % of the time. But if you had a great safety game....is it safe to say you would try to 3 foul an opponent at least 50-60 % of the time? Playing that good of a safe and leaving the ball you played safe on in a spot to where you can play another safe is incredibly difficult to do three game sin a row. I've only done it to a begginer player 2 games in a row. If V shoots better than D than he has a mental handicap. Playing a weaker player makes you more vulnerable to losing sometimes. You lay back and assume that you are giong to win every game. So in turn you lose by dogging a 7,8, or 9 ball because you aren't completetly focused. the 3 foul rule is a great rule to knockout the weaker players in the tourny IMO. BUt opinions are like ***holes. everyone's got one.
