Does anyone know if they make a 4 cornered insert for cutting and facing that has a raidius? Ive seen the ones that are triangular but my tool holder is used a diamond shaped insert that cuts pretty well but it has no radius and so its not that great. Thought there might be one to fit my holder that would work bettter. Appreciate the input.

The short answer is yes - but more information is needed.
These cutters come in all different sizes. The holders range from 1/4" square (or maybe smaller) to 1" (or maybe larger). You have to buy an insert that matches the size of your holder, or it won't be stable.

Take a look at the types of inserts at Carbide Depot or MSC industrial and see which will fit your holder.
