Anyone know what cues used this joint.I have stainless joints but would like to try a phenolic joint with my shafts.

Are you asking what cues used one of the most common joint types?
Do a google search or search the forums.

I did a search and found most cues with phenolic joints have 3/8 x 10 pins, while 5/16 x 18 pins are steel. What did I miss?

Apparently, you missed a lot.

Just about every Meucci cue, ever made, has a phenolic 5/16x18 joint.
Just about every Action, Players, or other cheap cue manufacturer uses phenolic 5/16x18 joints.

Unless you are looking for custom cue makers, in which case... it's a custom cue.

Joint pin or Joint collar?

I think after reading that he is looking for a g10 pin in a 5/16x18. I have never seen that, and I don't believe they make them. I think his choice in words are incorrect. Unless he is talking about the joint collar in which Meucci, HUEBLER, Action, Palmer, and many more have phenolic joint collars.

If that is the case, then you won't find many 5/16x18 G10 joint pinned cues. PFD made a cue a while back that had a custom 5/16 diameter G10 joint pin.

18tpi is rather fine for phenolic resins.
