The five pieces of turning stock offered are, top-down,Mexican mesquite, Narra, two each hardrock Birdseye Maple and Katalux (Mexican ebony. They are a minimum of 18-inches long and 1.3-inches in dia. Each is easily long enough to make a standard front with matching butt sleeve. Each piece has been kept environmentally controlled for over five years since I bought it. They each have 6 to 9 -percent moisture content, have been sealed with Nelsonite and/or Rapid Pad and are ready for immediate use. The surface was wet to help show their look when finished. At 125 shipped it is a tremendous value, because you would have to buy 100 or so of each from a dealer to get $35/40 each comparing to get 5 of mine which comes to 25 each shipped. if you want to pick it up in San Antonio, Texas the then I can do 100 for all 5. Shipping is not cheap and wood is not paper so cannot be shipped media mail.
