Thanks to all who have responded. I haven't seen Lishons before, my guess is an older Viking from the time period she states. Possibly an older Jensen? The screw seems to indicate to me that it is a cheaper cue. The pics surely don't help out in the ID of this cue. I doubt her stories about the cuemakers comments as well. With those pics, nobody would say that it is a rare one of a kind cue, worth tons of $$$$ without knowing who made it. She also stated that she had a Richard Black stolen from her years ago. Also leary about this because of the kind of eBay store she runs. Probably bought the cue at a garage sale thinking it was really something and will die holding it.
She also states that she contacted Helmstetter for verification, and can't even spell Helmstetter. A lot of funny stuff going on here, but I will try to get with her and see the cue in person. Like I said, she only lives about 15 miles from my home.
Like Sean, I don't think it is a scam, only a very, very, very misinformed cue owner.
