$500.00 IPT entry to qualifier.Can it be transferred???

While in Vegas last month for the tournament there a local player won a $500.00 entry to any IPT qualifier. He was told that it is transferable if he decided not to go and to try to qualify. I was just trying to find out if this can really be done before i go any farther for this guy who has asked me to put it on ebay for him. So does anybody know if this can be done????????........mike
 
Mike, the first thing you should do is contact the IPT about this issue. They would be able to tell you if this could be done. You should not rely on third party info. Go straight to the source.
 
Thanks for the info. i saw the certificate today and it said on it that it can be transferred. but i am still going to call them on monday.. He is looking to get $350.00 for it..............mike
