I have a j/b cue (Woodworth) that I am perfectly satisfied with. It came with canvas phenolic one piece tip feffule. When I broke I didn't like the cue ball control. So I faced off ferrule an put on hard Hercules an impregnated it with super glue. It breaks fine but idon't like the lift on the cue ball when I jump with it. Nothing like my phenolic ferrule-tip combo. What tip would you suggest that I might break with an jump with that I can draw my ball when I jump?

Hi Brent

Thanks for the info was DCC a hoot or what! I see you moving some cues. I like your work an think you are putting a lot of affordable cues in players hands. You have come a long way in a short time in my opinion. Keep up the good work.

Hey Ben! I was impressed with Paul's (Ummagumma's) J&J jump/break. I was able to jump fairly easily with it, and I shot many games with it, so I know that it can control the cueball. I would have thought it was an impregnated leather tip, single layer.

BTW, I did like that Woodworth J/B.

Yep... he does awesome work, quick and reasonable. I just turned in a cue to get a phenolic. The next is the white diamond tip, but need to buy a J&J first. ;-)
