Has anyone ever played with a 5280 before, I dont here much about them, I would appreciate any info on the hit and feel of a 5280 thanks.

The short story is that 5280 cues are made in Taiwan and mass produced. That being said, in my opinion, they can only be so good. If I were looking for a $100 to $300 cue and wanted my money's worth, I would probably look at McDermott or Joss first.

I am an authorized dealer of all name brands, so whatever you decide on, I will make you the best price on it. Just email the model number you want (of any brand cue) and I will beat anyone's price, hands down.

With respect, that is a bold statement, which should get you alot of business.

question was about a 5280 cue,,, I have sold several,,,had no complaints,,, have one in my cue case,,, some nights; it's the only cue that works for me ,,, never could get use to the factory tip, so I replaced it with a Triangle. JMHO

.

I have a friend that is, or was selling one. I never hit with it before doing some work, I changed the ferrule and tip out, put on a buffalo horn ferrule and sniper tip and he really like the hit it produced, I hit with it and thought it was pretty good. He has since picked up a nice 6 point coker and is looking to sell the 5280?
