The BWPPA tour made a welcome return at the Shooters Sports Bar in Birmingham from 7-8 May 2022. Current no.1 ranked player Daniel Lee was unable to attend. There was a strong field of 13 players competing for the 1st prize of £250, this included 2 new players Ben Norfolk and Geoffrey Bland, who both performed well on their debuts. Phil Hendrickson and John Greensmith both returned to the tour after many years away, and in a 1st round clash, Greensmith won 7/6.
