The specs say that the joint is a flat faced stainless steel joint, it looks to me to be an Ivory or phenolic joint???????
 
I tink he meant the joint pin which is stainless steel... The joint collar is white phenolic....

As Benny has helped to clarify, it is a stainless steel joint PIN, but a flat-faced metallic PVC joint collar.
 
new picture please

can we see a current picture of the entire butt section in one photo to see how the new linen wrap looks on the cue. I believe it may help in the aid of the sale.
