hi michael,

thanks for your kind words. it only comes with one shaft, around 3.80oz-4.0oz weight i believe for the shaft weight.

i just checked on the dollar-peso exchange rate it changed a bit so i'm repricing to US$595 - shipped via DHL.

Wow.. nice looks!

Has anyone here bought any of these and played with them? They look great, looking for playability opinions if they are out there.. :)

Great looking cue Les! It'd be nice to see more cues like this, but with holly instead of the ivory (just due to shipping concerns.)

I have an ash wood cue made by Bebot, it has an extremely solid hit, and feel to it. I've had it for ~6 months or so, rolls straight as an arrow and hits just like it did the day I got it. Les is also a great person to deal with; great communication, fast shipping, and a genuinely nice guy.

you humble us with your comments sir. many thanks for your kind words. :o

yeah, the owner of this cue liked ivory... and that is the problem in finding US buyers for this cue. :( but there are many, many countries in europe and asia which are not so strict.

bump for a very solid player - which is also nice to look at. aesthetics is secondary - playability is primary.

I'm a pretty novice player but I haven't seen many other 3/8x8 thread patterns around.

Too bad it's not 3/8x10. I might be interested.

Is there any safe way to get it to the US?

thank you for your interest sir. changing the pin is no sweat sir. however, as much as we care for our customers welfare, and as our business ethics prohibits us in putting a customer at risk, even if it meant for us closing a good sale, i am afraid we can not ship any cue with ivory with the risk of having the customer end up with his cue being held at the US Customs. the only safe way we know how it can enter the US is by handcarrying it, check it in with your baggage.

if i may interest you with another cue, like a wrapless bocote plain jane with tiger maple handle, it would be deeply appreciated. i have a brand new one for sale, with a 3/8 x 10 pin.

or we could make you an entirely new one of your own sir. please visit www.bebotbautistacues.synthasite.com

Thanks but that would not interest me. I have just bought quite a number of cues in the last 3 weeks.

If this doesn't sell and if you have any friends coming into the US please get back to me.

Thanks

p.s. it looks like synthetic ivory to me

on the side, i guess you have little information about us and our reputation and our business practices in more than 22 years. with all due respects sir, when we say it's ivory, it is ivory.

this cue is open again for sale. supposed buyer suddenly backed out after more than 2 weeks of silence. i could have opened this up for sale earlier if i had known the supposed buyer would only back out the last minute.

i'm reducing the price to only US$565 now - shipped to any country without ivory importation issues - via DHL Express next-day Delivery.
