7' Diamond Light Bulbs Question

I traded my old table for a 7' Proam with matching light. The light has two circular fluorescent lights. They do okay but I would like things a little brighter. Do the 7' Diamond lights usually come with this type of bulb or did the guy I got it from change it to these?
 
That what the ones I have came with, They are available at Lowes and other big box places. BTW, I have a 7' smart bar box in xcelent shape with light for sale. You will love the Diamond over a Valley... Enjoy, I thought it had plenty of light .

Yeah, it lights up okay but I'm use to four 8' bulbs and that was a whole lot different. How much for the smart table and light? League cut pockets or pro?
