After a discussion with a few sources, 8 of the 15 can not play. And 2 are boderline, but that wont barr them quite yet. The ones who can not play are below:

Jason Alvarez
Shane Harvey
Sean Black
Casey Armour
Champ
Jay Thurman
Johnny Escalante
Freddy Mendoza

If you plan on coming to the QStix tourney it's best to get there early Saturday, because this is the only event thats limited to 64 max players. they have only 8 tables and it will be a slow event. Id hate for you to get thee to late, or sit around and wait to play alot. Your best bet is anywhere but this venue. All the other places have plenty of tables, and the Jan. and Feb. events are at 24 hr. pool rooms. But thats totally up to you, I dont mind if you play every event, in fact I encourage it. :)
Take care

thank you

Out of curiousity...who were the borderline? Ive been wanting to go for a while, but houston is very far from here. I'm giving my last final exam tomorrow so I'll be off until January 14th. 2 of your tournaments fall right in between there. So I have the time figure out, i just have to find some travel partners so i don't spend an arm and a leg. LOL.

Hope to see you all soon!

Haha Sandman. I cant give you the borderline players. All I can tell you is all the ones not named can play. And if I were you I would definitely want to make it to te Bogies event on Jan 8-9th, it's the start o a new season and we will be keeping points rankings. As well you must play in 2 events from Jan-November to make it into the season finale next December, and the added money in that event will be much more, not one you will want to miss. But come on down, find a partner we would love to have you all.

*** Just make sure whom ever you bring from outside of the Houston area has a valid I.D. They will be checked.

going to be a great tournament. BE THERE !

What times does it start? Can I sign up over the phone early?

Players meeting starts at 1:00..There is no early sign ups, as we do not usually cut the field off, but at this event 64 is the max players, because theres only 8 tables to use. So its a first come first serve basis. We had 61 at the last 2 events, so it will be close. If your there by noon, you will definitely not have a problem signing up.

Bump for some results. Jumping!
