8 Ball Puzzle, How would you get out?

Obviously one of these players is getting ball in hand...
How would you play this, for stripes or for solids.
I just thought this might be amusing. I had to Photoshop three frames together to make the whole table visible in one frame.

The way I see it.....Rempe, with his back to us, is explaining that there
are 5 balls missing (7 on the table, 3 in the ball return)...
...the four guys on the right can't believe it....
..the guy on the far left can...
...after all, he's the guy that stole them....he's a plumber by trade and he
needs them to check some plugged pipes.
...back to the game...
High balls
Shoot the 15-ball first...froze balls can be a positional problem...
..then the 12 to the 9...leaves a nice angle on the 13 for the 8.
Low balls...shoot the 3, middle table for the 1.....
...if you can't get out here, just stick your cue into a pencil sharpener
and stab yourself.
But seriously, I suspect this scenario might be a cartoon?
