8-ball... valley rules?

Hi all... my first post to this forum (which makes for some great reading by the way.

I'm looking for info about "valley" rules for 8-ball. A local establishment with weekly tournaments specifies those rules. I'm guessing they may have originated with these folks: http://www.vnea.com, but so far I haven't found any source for the rules themselves. A search on this forum didn't turn up anything obvious.

Any links or info much appreciated,

VNEA certified ref

Hello I am a VNEA league ref and leauge administrator. If there is a local leauge in your area you should contact the administrator and ask him for a offical copy of the rule book. If you dont have any luck let me know and I will see about getting one out too you.

I don't know if this is the most current version, but it has the complete rules from the 2004-2005 season.
