I had a Kasson installed and to be honest It rolls nice but I hate the pockets, the pockets are hard plastic and like to know any tips on silencing the sound of the balls hitting the plastic! Let me know....

Buy some new pockets. Leather pockets (about $200) are the quietest but are more expensive than even a top quality aftermarket rubber drop pocket($79). Cheap plastic pockets are terrible, they are loud & brittle. Ive had boxes come in 80% of the sets having at least one cracked pocket. Now im getting some nice rubber web pockets for $30 a set.
