8 part radial shaft wanted made with uni lock

Can anyone tell me if its possible to make a z style or OB shaft from a 8 part pie style cue blank at 9.5mm.

Its for snooker-I want to use a butt I have with a uni lock joint.

I've never cut one that small, but I don't think there's any kind of void at the business end of 8 piece shafts, so my answer is probably. Would probably cost you somewhere in the $200 range depending on rings etc. Might need to find someone with cnc tapering abilities if you want a snooker taper, unless you want the makers standard shaft taper.
