Hi All,

I have a stunning JMW 8 point cue for sale or trade:

Cue is made from rare Brazilian "Flame" Rosewood.
8 points with veneers
Lizard wrap, possibly lizard print leather, I will have to take a close look to double check.
Rambow ring with stacked veneers above
Lots of super sharp ivory inlays
Ivory joint with fancy ring work
2 full shafts with light blueing
There are a couple of tiny dings in the butt end, I will have to try and get pics of these, but it is not easy.
Comes with basic hard plastic JP set

I am looking for $3600

UPDATED CASH PRICE $3300

Trade possibilities would be Tascarella, Scruggs, Southwest, Sugartree and a few others, but looking for 5/16x14 piloted joint (unless SW or Sugartree of course)

EDIT: I would also consider a nice automatic watch by a good maker, could trade up or down there.

Enjoy the pics, I will try and add more on the weekend in the sun, this wood really pops!!

There are also some old pics here and a little more info. I will get individual weights of butt and shafts on the weekend.

Hopefully Bill wont mind me linking to that :)

This cue used to have a dark green lizard wrap on it that matched the veneers very well, cant really tell in your pictures. Has the wrap been redone?

Looks green to me, great cue BTW

Hi All,

Have some more specs...

First of all, it is flame brazilian rosewood BURL. I missed that rather important point!

Butt 15.66oz
both shafts 3.63oz with 12.9mm tips
Ivory ferrules

In answer to the wrap question, it is definitely with a green tinge which matches veneers, if it was a lizard wrap, then it still for sure is the same wrap.

Unfortunately I cannot tell if the cue has a weight bolt or now, it appears that the bumper is held in place by bolt (dunno if this has any weight to it) and I do not have an allen key to check it out.

I should be able to find out during the week.

Cheers
Grant

This is hanging around a bit longer than I anticipated...

Trades are possible, a nice Scruggs hoppe style player would be perfect for part ex. Maybe a Tucker? A nice titleist conversion??

Open to offers here folks :)

Note... Will accept a good automatic watch in part ex, may even add some money for the right watch...

A couple of potential deals have fallen through, so this is still available, fire me some offers, trades are welcome... Tascarella, Scruggs etc.. 5/16x14 preferred
