Based on what I am seeing in the pics I do not believe either wrap to be Cortland. However, I have only owned cues with #9 white/green spec, so I'm going on what I've seen in pics on the white/black spec.

With all sincerity I must say that right now you have the best I've seen so far from Jerry. Mike Dunn recently acquired a new Bushka that's an exquisite design that's a dead-ringer replica of Willie's personal player. It's an amazing cue to behold and on a scale of 10, it has to rate at least a mid level 9 score for sure.....a really great cue.
In any event, you occupy 1st place in Jerry R. cue designs in my book of cues......the barbell sleeve version is just nutso handsome. I really....really...like your cue's veneers.....a lot....and the sleeve design is the best yet. The jumbo size of the ebony/ivory stitches in the Bushka ring looks amazing. And true to Balabushka cue designs, your cue hasn't any ring below the wrap.......just an incredible MOP barbell design using your cue's veneers. It's just a hands down 1st place cue and Jerry probably has another 6-8 Bushka cues underway. All I can say is it's going to take a pretty big Jerry R. cue to dislodge yours from the throne....but it hasn't happened yet and in fact, may never happen either........your cue is really that splendid.

Here is 9-27 all green.... granted its not Cortland, but it is the right linen in size, quality and type.
