How many times has the tournament been won from the Losers side? Who did it?

It's been done before. SVB did it a few years ago and I think Mika did it too. Not unheard of and definitely not impossible. This year though....with monster players everywhere in the bracket, I don't think most people want to bet a B side player comes and wins it. Especially someone this early on the B side. Your odds of playing another monster player is probably at best a 50-50 split. You can win that maybe once or twice, but to win that type of flip 11 times in a row? Not so good.

No. I compiled that information a year ago in response to the same question from someone else. My sources were probably whatever I could find online plus articles in a bunch of old magazines.
