Has anyone bought a Diamond light and had it shipped. I know distance is going to play a factor. Its going to be shipped from Minnesota to Mississippi.

I'm not looking for an exact quote, just a ballpark figure.

I dont know if you would have to pay a premium for over sized or not, but my Gold Crown rails from Wi. to Ohio were $70.00 per box. 6 rails fit in 2 heavy wooden boxes and weighed 75 pounds each.
 
Depends on size of the light. I know the older Diamond lights were larger then the ones made today. Also, if you need to crate it, that will jump the price way up.

I shipped a Gold Crown light, which is similar to the size of the older Diamond lights. I am guessing it weighed a little more though. I had to have it crated also. Shipping to California from MN was 500+.

If it is a smaller newer light, and it does not have to be crated, then I think it will be more in line of what people already mentioned...around $200 give or take a few dollars.
