9 Point Southwest?

Saw this cue for sale earlier, is this whats generally known as a 9 point Southwest? The points do not have any veneers but the larger points look loke they have re-cuts, which I'm guessing would make up the 9 points?

I'm assuming these cues are quite rare, especially with an ebony forearm?

I usually call that a 6 point.
 
Here is a thread, from many moons ago. These where considered 9 pointers, at the time.

I'm putting this cue up for sale, however I really don't know the value for a 9 point S.W. since I see so few of them around. Along with everyone else, I don't care for posts that don't declare an asking price, however I'm really stumped as to what this cue is worth. With that I will entertain offers in excess of $2,300. No offers over that...then the price goes down. : )

Excellent condition. Dead straight with both shafts. Each shaft is 13.25mm. Ringwork in all 5 positions. Number 343-98. Unusual configuration of Gongalo Alves low points, Ebony high points, w/ birdseye points...
