90 Degree point cutting bit

I suggest that you find a Machinist in your home town and have
him come to your shop and help you.

Next get out your check book and an MSC Direct catalog and pick
out the tooling you will need.

good advice, if your asking these questions, then a machinist could help you tremendously in a matter of minutes.
 
Try Moon Cutter Co. Very helpful people. I believe the one I ordered was part #SDA2250-90. 3/4" cutting width with 7/8" shank. I just use a R-8 7/8" collet to hold it.

inlay backer question

I have some 1/4" osb that i just cut up to glue inlay material on what kind of glue would you use to glue it on. Thanks JIMM
 
Thank you for your replies. Josie do you get the hss or the one with TiN coating. Thanks for the link.

I got the HSS. Have not used it yet and I have the exact same mill. This set up was referred to me by Leon Sly as he said it works great.
