I've never seen another The Lions and the Lambs book like this. It's obviously some sort of reprint but it has a very nice hard cover with embossed gold lettering. $45 shipped to lower 48.
Full price offer on either of the two above and I'll throw in the Minnesota Fats book for $5. It's pretty ratty and shipping is too expensive to sell on its own but still a good read.
