i have been collecting for about the same 25 years . i got in a tight about
12 years ago and sold 30 cues and went on to start buying a few more.
the cues i play with is the cue 4th from left its a nick varner cue it is made
up like the joss west with pin that threads in to shaft flat faced joint.
it plays great its a true 19oz. 13mm shaft good solid hit, don't make the high pitch noise that i hate, no rattle. i like a rear ballance cue.
it ballanses at 17 from end of butt plate . and # 6 a joss cue 19.5 good solid hit i have three extra shafts that fit perfect . ballance at 18
