I'm not, nor will I probably ever be a great player. That's OK, I can live with that. But having said that, I'm not a weak player either.

Tonight I went over to the pub. I got there at 9:30-ish and immediately got into a a game of (what else?) 8 ball. I won that game and then did not lose again for the remainder of the night. I played guys that I know are APA sixes, one seven, and a few strong 5's, and anyone else that put his name up on the board. I finally got tired and quit at 1:00 am after there were no more names on the board.

I gotta tell you...it felt good. :)

great shooting ! i have had a few nights like that myself. they just dont come often enough do they ?

you gotta make the most of it when they do come. :thumbup:
 
Congrats on the good night. Hopefully it brings out a new passion for the game in you. Keep practicing and every night can be like that
