A moral dilemma, friend received what is likely a stolen cue

Hey! That's my Grampa's cue! He wants it back!

I mean, he would want it back, if he was still alive, poor soul, he died of heartbreak four years to the day after it bounced out of the back of his pickup coming down the mountain with a load of 'shine.

He tole me he couldn't go back for it, cause the Judge said 'No',
or maybe he said '90 Days', I forget exactly what Grampa tole me.

I was all broke up when the prison guard rattled my chain and sed Grampa he had passed.

I coulda gone to his funeral but I was 98 days short of good time cause I hit that guy, but dam me he shore deserved it.
Ver sad, all around. Grandpa died and the guy I hit dint.
Life just ain't fair.

It would comfort me if you could stuff a few Ben Franklins in the case, for my grief and sorrow, you know.

I can describe that there cue and stuff exactly:
It was inside something,
It comes apart into two pieces, a fat part and a skinny part.
It is made of wood, mostly, except for the parts that are not made of wood.
It has Pshaur or Peachtree or something written on it real fancy,
you may have to saw it in half to find the writing.

So I'd be pleased if you would send me that cue and stuff,
or just send the Ben Franklins which is okay with me and will save you lots of postage,
mail it to your friend Shameless, care of The Warden, Huntsville, Texas.

Pass on it

Dirt bags steal from others so they can sell it to some one and if some one suspects something may be stolen then they should pass on it.

If some one knowingly buys stolen merchandise then they are an enabling dirt bag no better then the thief that stole it.

There is no way to sugar coat it and it does not matter if it was stolen 50 years ago.

Life is short, so one should be honest in how they conduct business.

I am always wary and cautious if some one is selling something to cheap and have passed on many so called "good deals" because my gut said no.
