In the next year I will be unemployed, finally :) . I want to do something from the house. is there a product or service that anyone can think of to bring in a little spending money. I don't need to make a living just kill some time and enjoy myself. Is there something cuemakers don't like to make, some meanial task that maybe i could pick up? I already applied to haul vasaliene to the Virgin Islands but they didn'y have any openings :D . Seriously if anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.

Point blanks and stitch rings might be something you could build and sell to other cuemakers.

I thought of that, but isn't there a bunch of people already doing that? I guess if mine were different it may work. Any more ideas?

I would like some veneer blanks made up.
I dont think anyone is making them for cuemakers.
Three and four color 90 deg V shaped blanks ready to drop into the V grove and glue up.
Single color would be nice but I think they might be to fragile.
I find the hardest part is cutting that 45 deg bevel on the edge so they fit perfectly snug with barely visible lines.

Willee, that would be cool!
And with a choice of either ebony, cocobolo or any wood as the main point.

Butt caps and buttsleves also would be a great deal. I hate it when those things mess up the piece and the cutting tool, trimming the buttcap I mean.
That thing always curls up =)
