I do cue repair on normal playing cues on a regular basis. However, I have a customer asking me to change the tip on his Billiard cue. I have very little experience w/ billiard cues and am not familiar w/ what is preferred on them. What are the most widely used tips that most players use on their billiards cue? Since the diameter of a Billiard cue is so small, I am somewhat reluctant to put a layered tip like a Moori on; only because it seems like a waste of a tip to have to trim so much of the tip off. Any reply's would be greatly appreciated and I thank everyone in advance for any help they provide.
