I originally came out with the red dot. I sold my company and that red dot to my son, [Donald], and I went to using the red circle with the red "B" inside the circle. "BLUDWORTH ORIGINALS"
Now Donald and I are partners and we use only the red dot.I sign most cue along with the red dot nowa days.
thanks

so what period of time are the red dot cues without a signature? i have what i believe to be an older cue of yours. it's a purpleheart forearm with 4 long purpleheart points with ivory diamonds with four shorter purpleheart points without inlays. the points have a single ebony veneer. the butt is also purpleheart with four large purpleheart diamonds outlined in thick ebony and ivory diamonds inside and each large diamond is separated by two small ebony diamonds on top of each other. there is no signature, but there is the single red dot at the bottom. i was trying to determine around what year it was made. anything you could tell me would be a help. thanx.

it's a nice cue, it plays great and it looks great also. it was my playing cue for a long time. i have often thought that purpleheart forearms make better playing cues. i have attached some pictures, but i don't think they come thru that well as attachments. if you like, pm me youe email and i will send them that way.

What about a larger Silver B inside a silver circle. The cue says LA open 2000 on it. Just curious what those sold for. Just curious what it was worth. I had never seen a larger circle and B like that before.

The cue from the LA open was a special cue built for that event. Bocote and Ivory points. The silver circle and B are made of sterling silver. That cue was valued at $2,000.00, back then. I built a few more cues with the silver logo. Most of them were ebony. They really looked great with the sterling/silver and ebony back-ground.
